Just to remind you all there is no pregnancy yoga class tonight and no classes tomorrow as I'm away for a long weekend. Jenny Smith is also away this week so no Friday morning class either. All back to normal for me next week. Jenny Smith is off 18th Aug

Eeek!!!!!!!!! I have 2 new daytime classes starting in September. Monday 11.00-12.30 Yoga Thursday 11.30-12.30 Yogalates. Lots of spaces available if you fancy coming along.
